Usually I will post about a special property after I have visited. But the Lake House Daylesford has stolen my heart before I have even arrived. I'm counting the days until I arrive at this iconic Daylesford Hotel, boasting one of the best Day Spas in Daylesford, a 2 Chef Hat Restaurant, & an outstanding cellar. Only 80 minutes from Melbourne.
