Australia: "Life is meant to be lived well." (a preview)

Pretty soon I will be visiting my 57th country. I will be joined by seven of my Brownell colleagues, (we are all Australia Specialists), and our host is Pedro O'connor of Epic Private Adventures. To give you an idea of what our two weeks will look like, let me quote Pedro: 

"I am definitely going to show off the best of Australia to Kristen. The trip we have planned is a really superb introduction to our marvelous country. Phenomenal landscapes,  interesting characters, cultural immersions, tasty, fresh food accompanied by delectable Aussie wines, Then there are the obligatory G&Ts on sunset on the Great Barrier Reef island... life is meant to be lived well."

I asked Pedro O'connor, of Epic Private Adventures, why we would be wearing helmets while kayaking. He said it was nothing to worry about. Just to protect us from the whales breaching. (Don't tell my mother.)

I have always been a very sensory person. Have you ever been somewhere so beautiful it takes your breath away? And perhaps you even cry because you are so taken with the destination? I predict the Southern Ocean Lodge will be that place for me.
